A two-minute silence will be held on the Isle of Man on Thursday to mark the end of World War Two.

The water-saving move will last until reservoirs recover from a prolonged dry spell, says Manx Utilities.

Rocks fell on a section of the key route, meaning the road’s reopening has been pushed back.
