The Iron Age spoon thought to have been used to tell the future is discovered in a field in Patrick.

Work will begin once flood defences in the village have been completed, the local authority says.

Originally due to open in May 2021, the scheme has been marred by a raft of delays.

It follows complaints about people talking through performances at the Villa Marina in the summer.
