Tributes are paid to Port St Mary-based cartoonist Phil Woodford, who died recently aged 88.

A campaigner says the site of a nearby memorial has “nothing to do with” the 1973 Douglas tragedy.

The set of eight stamps charts the history of the heritage railway which first opened in July 1973.
