A Manx heritage railways review will look at if aspects can be “done differently”, a minister says.

Manx has seen a revival since the death of the last native speaker, Ned Maddrell, in 1974.

Extra parking for Christmas shoppers is created on the Douglas Promenade Walkway until 9 January.
