Delays in discharging people from Noble’s Hospital are leading to a lack of capacity, Manx Care says.

The Legislative Council adds the amendment to a bill on removing the Bishop of Sodor and Man’s vote.

Members of the Royal College of Nursing will be asked to take part in an online vote on the offer.

They are native to the Isle of Man but are on the Rare Breeds Survival Trust’s urgent priority list.
