Sailings between the Isle of Man and Lancashire resume with a delay after two days of disruption.

The World Manx Association has welcomed “home comers” back to the island for more than 110 years.

The move will help the transition from primary to high school and save money, the head teacher says.

The government is reviewing the document which sets out the use of land across the Isle of Man.
