Road closures on the Isle of Man TT course delay the first day of racing while police investigate, organisers say.

Ex-police officer Andrew Summers, 56, has been fined £750 and ordered to pay £125 in costs.

The treasury minister says the increase is partly because “far more people” need to have a visa now.
