Installing underwater piles has taken longer than predicted due to uneven bedrock, government says.

The road was shut to the public for five days due to freezing conditions making it unsafe for traffic.

Public feedback will be followed by “sustained police action”, the Isle of Man chief constable says.

The plan is designed to boost cycling tourism by linking existing trails, the Manx government says.
