Lynda Braidwood has resigned as sub-postmaster in Douglas after 43 years in the role.

The plans will see the expansion of Ballaharra Quarry in St John’s for sand and gravel extraction.

Regulations banning 10 commonly used single-use plastic items is introdcued on the Isle of Man.

The equipment will have a “significant impact” on the quality of services provided, Manx Care says.
