Alfred Cannan says an annual conference gives people an insight into the Manx government’s work.

It follows the withdrawal by Bride Commissioners from the Northern Civic Amenity Site.

The association would manage the 1,200 government-owned public sector homes at arm’s length.

The government will attempt to push the bill through both branches of the Manx parliament in a day.
